Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React Developer role based in Noida. The React Developer will build and maintain responsive user interfaces for healthcare simulation platforms using React and related front-end technologies. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into reusable components, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable features, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews and documentation. The developer will contribute to new product prototypes and help integrate simulation workflows with AI-enabled features where relevant.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills, including React, JavaScript, and Redux.js.
  • Candidates should possess experience in back-end web development and general software development principles.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of modern web ecosystems, including RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and build tools.
  • Candidates should possess abilities in writing clean, maintainable code, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with TypeScript, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaborative communication, and an interest in healthcare or edtech simulation are highly valued.
