About the Role
We are looking for a Flutter Developer to build, launch, and maintain the SayaCare mobile app. You will turn business requirements into app features, fix issues, and work with the backend, design, and QA teams. You will take ownership of the app and help keep it stable, reliable, and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, improve, and maintain the SayaCare mobile app using Flutter and Dart.
● Understand business requirements and convert them into working app features.
● Help launch the nearly completed Flutter app on the required app stores.
● Build new features within agreed timelines and follow the team's sprint plan.
● Fix bugs, investigate crashes, and improve app performance and stability.
● Take end-to-end ownership of the Flutter app, including releases and ongoing maintenance.
● Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and connect app features with backend services.
● Coordinate with the design team to build screens that match the approved designs.
● Work with QA to test features, fix reported issues, and support smooth releases.
● Keep code organizsed, readable, and easy to maintain.
● Maintain small side projects when required to explore ideas and improve technical skills.
Technical Skills
● Good working knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
● Understanding of mobile app development for Android and iOS.
● Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and connecting apps with backend services.
● Understanding of app navigation, UI layouts, and responsive design.
● Basic understanding of state management in Flutter.
● Ability to debug issues, read error logs, and fix app crashes.
● Familiarity with Git and basic version control practices.
● Understanding of app testing, build generation, and release processes.
