Sr. Software Engineer – Enterprise Applications

About the Role

Real Time Applications Center (RTAC) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade software solutions. The role offers opportunities to work across web applications, mobile platforms, backend services, and integrated systems, particularly within banking, financial services, and other business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software applications across web, mobile, and backend environments.
• Implement business logic, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise application workflows.
• Work with databases, external services, and existing systems to deliver reliable solutions.
• Write maintainable, efficient code following established development standards.
• Analyse technical issues, troubleshoot defects, and optimise application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Practical experience developing web applications, mobile applications, or backend services.
• Knowledge of APIs, database technologies, system integrations, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
