Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer with experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with exposure to Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize backend services, build REST APIs, and leverage AI tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
Leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude for AI-assisted coding, debugging, and code optimization.
Contribute to Agentic AI and AI agent development initiatives.
Perform unit testing, code validation, and debugging to ensure application reliability.
Review AI-generated code for accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude.
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI agent development.
Experience in unit testing, debugging, and code validation.
Ability to optimize code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating AI capabilities into backend applications.
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.
Knowledge of API integration, application security, and performance optimization.

Expected Outcome

Develop reliable, scalable backend services while leveraging AI-assisted development tools and agentic AI capabilities to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
