Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Forecasting professional with strong expertise in US and Global pharma markets, brand forecasting, portfolio forecasting and launch forecasting.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 13+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical forecasting is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in brand, portfolio, launch and pipeline forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of US and global pharmaceutical market dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with IQVIA datasets such as MIDAS, Xponent, NPA and claims data such as MarketScan and Truven.
  • Strong knowledge of TRx, NRx and NBRx prescription data, particularly for US OBU roles.
  • Expertise in advanced Excel, financial modelling, time-series forecasting and patient-based or epidemiology models.
  • Experience in scenario modelling, assumption building and market research.
  • Ability to translate complex data into business insights, recommendations and identify key business risks.
  • Proven experience in leading forecasting teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with Marketing, Commercial, Sales and Analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and business storytelling skills.Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with strong pharmaceutical forecasting experience, US market exposure and proven team leadership capabilities.
