Role: Head of Product – AI SaaS Product Suite

Location: Kochi, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered SaaS products including CRM/ATS, Conversational AI, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Management, AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, portfolio management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving product growth and business outcomes.

Mandatory Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Drive AI product initiatives including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Conversational AI.
• Own product portfolio performance including revenue, customer adoption, retention, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, UX, DevOps, Security, and Business teams for product delivery.
• Establish product governance, prioritization frameworks, and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Define product pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Agile product delivery and continuous product improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or Enterprise Software.
• 4+ years in Product Leadership (Head of Product, Product Director, Group Product Manager).
• AI Product Management experience with:
• LLMs
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• AI Agents
• Conversational AI
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership.
• Multi-Product Portfolio Management.
• SaaS Product Lifecycle Management.
• Product Governance & Operating Models.
• Agile / Scrum Product Delivery.
• Product Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making.
• APIs, Integrations & Platform Products.
• Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication.
• Revenue, Growth, Retention & Product Commercialization ownership.
• Team leadership experience managing Product Managers/Product Owners.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• CRM, ATS, ERP, HR-Tech product experience.
• AI Governance & Responsible AI frameworks.
• ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, EU AI Act, DPDP compliance exposure.
• Multi-tenant Cloud SaaS platform experienceCSPO / PSPO / CSM / PSM / SAFe certifications.
