Role Description This full-time, on-site Python Developer role is based in Remote. The Python Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using Python, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating APIs, working with databases, troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, and collaborating with front-end and QA teams to deliver complete solutions. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to technical design discussions, and implementing best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Programming and Python skills with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience creating and integrating APIs and working with server-side frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle, version control, and testing practices.
• Candidates should possess Databases skills, including experience designing schemas, writing queries, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of web frameworks (such as Django or Flask), familiarity with Linux environments, and experience with CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are expected.
